Virgin Cove Resort is hidden away at the most beautiful natural beach area behind the deep forest of Saanapu village on the south coast of Upolu island.


They offer 13 traditional handmade "Fales" all just meters from the beach. If preferred 3 x western style bungalow with own toilet and shower are availabe


If you get tired of snorkeling and looking at fishes in crystal clear water, we will show you how to weave a coconut leaf basket or how to open a coconut. We will also show you how to paddle an outrigger canoe, do Samoan herbal medicine, cooking and much more.


A short walk will take you into Saanapu village where one can take part of daily village life. The Saanapu village has one of the most beautiful mangrove areas in Samoa which can be seen from the nature walk or by renting one of the village canoes.

Room Features
Each Fale is built the traditional way with thatched roof. The walls of your fale has blinds made of woven coconut leafs which can be opened or closed as you like. You have your own lockable safe-box, 220V lighting with power outlets. We also provide you with sheets, towels, mosquito net and daily cleaning of your fale. Toilets and shower outside close by.
Bungalows offer hot water showers, 220V power outlets and electric fans.
